Panasonic Lumix S1
The Lumix S1 is one of the first full frame mirrorless cameras from Panasonic, first announced during photokina 2018. Being equipped with a 24 Megapixel sensor including a 96 MP high-res mode for still-life, in-body image stabilization and 4K-Video with up to 60 fps, the Lumix S1 offers some unique features compared to similar prized full frame cameras from Canon, Nikon or Sony.
The Panasonic Lumix S1 offers two memory card slots - one each for SD and XQD/CFexpress memory cards. For the maximum possible write speed during burst shooting, we recommend the use of XQD memory cards. Even though, much cheaper SD memory cards with U3/V30 speed class are perfectly fine to record 4K video. Furthermore the fastest UHS-II capable SD memory cards are only about 10-15% slower than the fastest XQD card.
Note: If you want to use CFexpress memory cards, Firmware 1.3 (November 2019) or higher must be installed.
